Description

This list gives you the opportunity to target those investors who have all invested in Enterprise Zone Trusts (EZTs), one of a number of Venture Capital Schemes around.  These individuals are experienced investors and new names are constantly being added.  Customer Profiling shows that most people are from the higher socio-economic groups, predominantly male, and in the higher income brackets.

Enterprise Zone Trusts are property trusts investing in enterprise zones, or areas in which businesses receive special government incentives for a fixed period. Investors in these trusts can write off most of their investment against income tax liabilities.

Data is 100% postcoded and cleaned against the MPS file; new names are being added daily.

Accuracy

All names were contacted within the last 6 months; individuals who no longer invest in EZTs are automatically removed from the database.

Selections

Data can be selected by sex, age, and geography; if you purchase either one of the 3 test quantities above, we supply a selection of the most recently added names, irrespective of sex, age, and geography.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, full address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation.

Output formats

Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt) file, on CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; however, if you would prefer to receive your list in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box, when you place your order.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail and also labels (if required), as specified in our online shop; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

CD-ROMs as well as labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
